Hi! I’m Nyla Folk, founder of Nyla’s Creations. I started my business in the fall of 2020 with a few batches of homemade apple pies—baked and shared during the holidays to bring a little extra sweetness to a difficult year. Then, in early 2021, I made my very first batch of mini lemon blueberry cupcakes—and from that moment, I was completely hooked on bite-sized baking.

Since then, I’ve spent the past few years experimenting with flavor combinations, developing new techniques, and falling deeper in love with the art of cupcakes. Today, I’m excited to share a fresh new chapter of my journey: bliss—a brand refresh built around joy, creativity, and those little moments of sweet delight.

After a busy start to the semester, I’m so excited to be back in the kitchen—just in time to share a limited collection with you. This short and sweet reopening will run from May 9th to May 13th before I head to Valencia, featuring a curated drop of flavors made with the same care, creativity, and intention that define Blissful Bites by Nyla.

While this collection is only here for a moment, it’s a small preview of what’s to come. I’ll be returning later this summer with more curated drops beginning in early July, bringing fresh inspiration and new flavors to the menu.
